DIGITAL PRODUCTS
- There are no refunds for digital products. It’s recommended that you reach out should you experience any issues accessing or receiving the products.

- There are no refunds for Coaching and Consulting as the time spent in preparation can not be returned. Please also note that results may vary and depend entirely on an openness to being coached and a willingness to participate in the experience.
- Policy dates begin at either “date of purchase” or “date of receipt of signed agreement.”
- If work has not begun, 50% of the deposit will be returned. Once calendar time has been booked to complete the project, that removes additional billable hours.
- Once work has begun, no refunds will be offered after the policy date (see above).
